SafeBox Wallet Ltd. (“SFBW” or “we”) respects and protects the privacy of Users (“you” or “Users”). SFBW will collect and use your Personal Information, generated from your use of SafeBox Wallet in accordance with this Privacy Policy (“Policy”).

SFBW recommends that you shall carefully read and understand the whole contents of this Policy before your use of the product (“SafeBox Wallet”). Additionally, significant information including the Disclaimer is in bold form in this Policy. Definitions of key words in this Policy are consistent with those in the SafeBox Wallet Terms of Service of SFBW.

SFBW reserves the right to update this Policy online from time to time, and the new policy will immediately replace the older one once posted. In particular, if you do not accept the revised policies, please immediately stop your use of SafeBox Wallet. Your continuous use of SafeBox Wallet will be regarded as your acceptance of the revised policy. Furthermore, the revised policies will take into effect immediately upon being posted on SafeBox Wallet. You acknowledge and accept that this Policy and other relevant rules apply to SafeBox Wallet and the services owned by SFBW on SafeBox Wallet

WHAT WE COLLECT

We get information about you in a range of ways.

Information You Give Us. Information we collect from you may include:

1. Identity information, such as first name, last name

2. Contact information, such as phone number, email address

3. Profile information, such as username and password

4. Usage information, such as information about how you use the Service and interact with us

5. Technical information, such as your TRX, BNB wallet address, application programming interface (API)-key and network information regarding transactions in SFBW


Further Information You Give Us

1. Source of funds for participating in token launches

2. Information that you give us in relation to your purchased token holdings, such as earnings received from staking and the number of tokens in your wallet

3. Information required to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) laws and know-yourcustomer (KYC) requirements

Information We Get From Others. We may get information about you from other third party sources and we may add this to information we get from your use of the Services. Such information may include:

1. Registration using Single Sign-On Account: When registering some user accounts, you also have the option of using a single sign-on account (“SSO”). With an SSO, you can sign up for various different services and platforms with a single account. Some of our Sites currently offer you the opportunity to use the SSO services offered by Google, LLC, Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”). Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use apply to the registration and use of the Google SSO service, see https://policies.google.com/privacy/. Please note that the registration for and the use of SSO services are subject to the Google privacy policy and terms of use, which are beyond our control.


How We Use Your Information

1. We may associate you with your wallet by the unique serial number of your mobile device.

2. We may promptly push important notifications to you, such as software update, update of Terms of Service and this Policy.

3. We deal with your feedbacks by using the Wallet Address and the mobile device information provided by you.

4. We may use your information in accordance with laws, regulations and to cooperate with regulatory authorities.


How We Protect Your Information

1. If SFBW terminates operation, SFBW will stop the collection of your Personal Information in time, post the announcement on SafeBox Wallet and delete or anonymize your Personal Information held by us within a reasonable period.

2. To protect your Personal Information, SFBW may adopt data security techniques, improve internal compliance levels, provide security training for our staff, and set security authority for access to relevant data to protect your Personal Information.


Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have certain rights regarding your personal information. You may ask us to take the following actions in relation to your personal information that we hold:

Access. Provide you with information about our processing of your personal information and give you access to your personal information.
Correct. Update or correct inaccuracies in your personal information.
Delete. Delete your personal information.
Transfer. Transfer a machine-readable copy of your personal information to you or a third party of your choice.
Restrict. Restrict the processing of your personal information.
Object. Object to our reliance on our legitimate interests as the basis of our processing of your personal information that impacts your rights.

Applicable law may require or permit us to decline your request. If we decline your request, we will tell you why, subject to legal restrictions. This Policy shall become effective on October 1, 2022.

As for any issues not covered in this Policy, you shall comply with the announcements and relevant rules as updated by SFBW from time to time.
